Just log in and you will see your ad(s). You can then choose to edit or delete your ad. |

What if I forgot my username or password? |

You can retrieve a new password if you remember your username by selecting the link "forgot password". If you forgot your username you must start over. We do not keep a record of usernames or passwords. If you want to delete an ad and do not have a password just click on the "contact us" link at the top of the page and tell us your ad number and we will delete it for you. |

What if I do not receive the email link to activate my ad? |

We will activate your ad manually within 24 hours if it falls within the terms and conditions outlined in the legal disclosures you agreed to when you posted your ad. Newer email programs may make the clicking of links inactive. You can cut and paste the link into your browser address bar as a second option. |

I am having problems uploading images, what should I do? |
| A. |
Make sure all images are ready to the web by checking their file size, name, and extension. All images should be under 2 megs. Delete any spaces, or special characters in the file name. Make sure the extension for the file is .jpg or .gif. Also, for JPEGs, make sure they are set to RGB and not CMYK. If you still have problems you can enter your ad without images and instruct interested parties to contact you directly. You can then email your pictures as attachments. |
